Great for learning strokes
As a Swim Instructor, these came in handy during lessons. For the average adult, they are easy to swim with, built with high quality material, and weight next to nothing. They are extremely comfortable and I can fit up to 3 in my swim bag. Highly recommended

Great floatie
I use this to place between my legs for assisted flotation with swimming. Great product. I use the larger portion on the bottom, so that I can hold on to it easier without it slipping through. Good quality product.

Mostly good
This is a great pull buoy. I have been using this for indoor swimming for 3 x a week (2000m each time) since October 1, 2024. I injured my calf muscle late September and was not cleared to kick from my PR until end of December. That being said, my only draw back is that there is a grove in the middle of the buoy where the two sides are joined which an irritation/rash on my thighs. Now that In have been cleared to kick again, i am weaning myself off the pull buoy so i wont have to depend on it for the duration of the work out. In the meantime, I will use jammers to help the rash heal.

It's blue, it's contoured to fit between your legs, it's buoyant, it doesn't weigh anything, it's inexpensive, it's useful for swim training. What's not to like?

A must for novice and entry level swimmers to get it right.
We got this Speedo Buoy for both our kids who are in competitive swimming in different levels. This was recommended by our local swim team and several others from a reputable brand Speedo.This buoy is perfect in terms of the size/length, material, ergonomic shape/handles giving a perfect buoyancy for the kids as they journey through the practice especially in the early stages of the swimming.This is our second one as these things are so easy to lose or mix-up with other kid's stuff during the practice time both in the pool and outside...I always write my kid's name on the buoy and other swim gear with a permanent marker so that it is easy to identify.

Great product
Can't go wrong with Speedo. Works really well...until your child loses it at the public pool during swim team practice...but while we had it, it was wonderful!
