If you have white or yellowish/honey blonde hair, this golden blonde henna cream is a great way to RUIN it. On Surya Brasil's social media pages, they have a tip that you can mix light blonde with golden blonde to get a nice, honey blonde color. Don't bother. No matter what you mix this golden blonde with (even light brown), it is just orange. I've tried putting some light brown streaks in it and along the roots to tame down the orange, but it doesn't even seem to take up the brown once the golden blonde (orange) is in it. I'm now stuck with an orangey-ginger color that I hate and have to pay the salon to lift it out and recolor my hair back to blonde. I'll give it one star because the only thing it has going for it is that it stays. I can't even wash this out with harsh shampoos. Ugh.

It must be a new formula. It is indeed much darker than the Golden Blonde of this brand I have used in the past. It darkened my hair for a day or two then it showed golden blonde as advertised. This seems a heartier formulation; it has not faded in a month!RE: The box and bottle were labeled “Golden Blonde” but the henna inside was dark brown. I have used this product before and knew immediately the henna inside the bottle was not golden blonde. Bad bad quality control

Have been purchasing this approx half a dozen times over the past 18 months; my most recent purchase no longer includes gloves OR the plastic cap. Yet the price is continuing to go up. Will transition to something else.

So I use this on my hair that has some white and gray in it on the white part of my hair it turned yellow, which I didn’t like the rest of my hair turned to copper golden light brown. If you don’t have any White hair, It probably works ,on the white hair It’s not good. It is very gentle on your hair and felt like a conditioner when I put it on. If I find a different shade that works better for me I think it’s a good alternative as it very natural. I will keep trying for a better shade

I love Surya Brazil but was very disappointed because this time it didn't have the gloves and plastic cap.
