Q: What conditioner do you recommend using with this shampoo?

I use L'Oreal Total Repairs restoring conditioner. I only use the neutralizing shampoo about once every 2 weeks and use the Total repairs shampoo and conditioner about 2 or 3 times a week the rest of the time. My white hair is in great shape.

Q: The instructions aren't in english. how much do i use? how long do i leave in? how often should i use it? will it stain my shower?

I read the other reviews reporting that this shampoo does not stain the shower. Mine did stain and it took bleach to get it out. Now I am more careful about rinsing away little droplets immediately.

Q: I have salt and pepper hair (mostly salt) and I get hi-lights every 2-3 months. Will this shampoo hurt my professional hi-lights?

I used this product to help me transition from salt and Pepper with Highlights to my natural salt and pepper. It kept the brassiness out of my highlights. I have not completely transitioned to my natural color. I have gotten more compliments on my hair color since using this product than ever before.
