Item meets the description.The porcelain portions are slightly clumsy on the metal tube - too much play.The bottom nut is a little weak - it needs to be handled carefully. Unfortunately, there will be no replacement item if it damages.So far, no leaks.I have my reservations regarding the metal portion retaining colour - not just the shine.

Useless good looking expensive product
The media could not be loaded. Don’t buy even by mistake. All failed low grade engineers designed this product. Probably arts students designed the tap just good looking but don’t know to engineer tap, so heavy and tall but plastic threads of 5mm length, slipped within 15 days of fitting. And it’s irreparable and no warranty, when plumber saw he told us to throw it in dustbin as not even some standard product so no spares support. Buy from shop and get warranty for repair, Amazon worst place to buy such products

Colour faded in 6 months time. Tap is shakey. Tap not opening properly. Totally dissatisfied with the product. Parts not available.

Bad product with fancy look
Water leaking from top of the tap. Unable to return as I ordered it before my basin fitting. By the time basin fitting completed, return window got over. I would say, for such a high price, always go with branded companies like Jaguar where they will provide nearly 10 years warranty rather than buying these craps.
