The taste is fantastic and the protein is rich. I mix manually it with water or skimmed milk or low fat milk. Tast great at any time. Mixing it with full fat milk will leave some lumps. It will require a mixer in this case.

The delivery time along with the price considering the market price are really good

Very light in texture. Which is good. Also, the taste is much better compared to nitro by muscle tech. Can’t comment on the performance too soon.
