Good at $50
After ~400 rounds from my XDME 10mm, it's holding zero and I'm enjoying it. The glass is fairly low quality, and I'll probably scratch it up through cleaning over time. The dot itself is great, I've spent far more and returned similar sights that had steaks in the dot. If you have $50 and medium-low expectations, this is a great value.

Manufacturing Defect on 2 consecutive units
This is an update on the replacement RXS-100 I received for the first defective model. First, the Red Dot works well, it holds zero on a 10 mm pistol after 200 rounds. BUT.....there appears to be a manufacturing defect in the production process involving the securement/glue for the front control button that is the on switch and intensity modifier for the red dot. The small rubber cover has popped off and was lost at the range on 2 separate units. I have also seen reviews on You tube indicating the red dot is not water-tight and does get fogged up in moist weather conditions. Well, it appears the glue/securement process might be related to this. Bushnell support is impossible to reach by phone. I am waiting for an email reply just asking for a replacement cover I can glue in myself. Iam greatly disappointed since I have owned Bushnell Binos and other equipment that are tough, well constructed and reliable . As a result of this experience, I will not be buying other Bushnell optics.

A great “bang” for the buck
Judge for yourself. I read many negatives about this rd and I really thought this was a mistake purchase. I sighted this in with my laser training cartridge (which I also got on Amazon a few years ago.). I took it to the range and worked flawlessly. I did loctite blue the this sight but I really thought that was common sense until I read some of the reviews stating the sight came loose and some who stated the lens came apart. Maybe I’m wrong but I’m guessing the sight was not on the firearm securely. This red dot was secured to my XD mod 3 and I was impressed. It is very durable and the optics are very clear. The dot is very adequate and I think it’s a great bang for your buck…pun intended. The XD’s next shooting rotation won’t be until June. If it fails, I will update my review but based on my range experience, I think I’ll get many years out of this red dot.

Good value for a rimfire rifle
I purchased this for a rimfire 22 rifle for casual plinking. It works great, the red dot is crisp but there is some very light red spots that will appear in the field of view sometimes. The spots haven't interfered with the sight/dot picture but they are noticeable. I'm not planning on heavy use of this red dot, it has performed well on several range sessions shooting 100s of rounds. For the price, about $50 during end of year sales, I've been pleased with this purchase.

Great low profile sight!
Bought the 1st one and liked it so much I ordered a 2nd one. The best selling point is that you do not have to remove the sight to replace the battery. Installation was very easy and so far the mounted unit works just fine. Other positive points are: Comes with a removable protective cover, was an easy overall mounting process, has positive adjustments for elevation and windage, easy sight brightness adjustments and is very easy to turn on and off. Good quality, lifetime warranty all also great items.

Good little inexpensive red dot
Grabbed one of these when I found out that I couldn't put my unused 507k onto my new TX22 competition. While I wouldn't use one of these for a full size caliber, it seems to serve the intended function just fine on my .22lr. I've used it a couple times now and it seems to hold zero through a shooting session. I had to adjust it the second time I took it out, but I may not have gotten the zero dialed in right on the first session; so it's too early to tell if it is having issues holding zero right now. I'm assuming the dot is fine and it was operator error, but will update the review if I have issues later.Update after 9 months of use: It has held up fine over 9 months or so on my .22 pistol. However, I have found that the dot does not get as bright as I want it for shooting in bright sunlight. I really need it to go a couple clicks brighter. It did hold zero on my .22, so I have no complaints there. However, after using it for a while, I'm dropping a star (down to 3) for a few reasons. 1. It feels cheap. like really cheap. Almost all my other dots are Holosuns, and compared to those, this one feels like it'll break if you breathe on it wrong. 2. The window is not big enough. It has enough width, but the height feels very cramped and I would often "lose" the dot just above the window. 3. the glass has a blue tint to it. My Holosuns all have very clear glass, but in comparison, this one is very blue. This reduces visible light through it which can make it slightly more difficult to focus on the target with both eyes.In summary, it's not bad, but if I were to buy an entry level optic at this point, I'd probably get a Cyelee or just save up for another Holosun.

Good sight. Great service
Sight worked great for 3 1/2 years. Recently, while shooting, it went out of alignment and was beyond limits for readjustment. Contacted Bushnell and they immediately sent out a replacement under their lifetime guarantee. Can't ask for more than that. Not sure why it failed but it did work properly for 3 1/2 years
