I was told by my GP that I should start taking a Vit D supplement. I looked at what was available, worked out that this one was exactly the daily amount my GP told me to buy, and bought it. It says it's a year-long supply, but the first one I bought lasted nearly 14 months, and the second one I bought lasted from July last year until today--early November. It's easy to take gel capsules, is completely tasteless, and works well. Exactly what I needed!

I have been taking these for a year now, I've been waiting all that time to write a review of these because i wanted to really get a good idea of them and how good they can actually be over a long period of timeAnd what can i say? these are some great quality tablets from NuuNutrition, they are very small and very easy to take, even for someone like me who struggles to take tablets (See included photo for size reference)I take these because as a lot of us brits will know, sunshine here in the UK is very rare haha, so it is recommended to take vitamin D tablets just to keep it topped up so you don’t get a deficiency.These tablets have also helped with my muscle gain, I’ve noticed they gotten bigger within the year I’ve been taking them, not drastically, but enough that I’ve noticed and it's definitely the tablets as nothing else has changed in my lifestyle in the past few years.Vitamin D supplements are known to relieve symptoms of the cold and help fight it off, and also improve cardiovascular health (Heart health)I’ve recently upgraded to the 3000IU tablets and will be writing a similar review on them too, so if you want a higher does go for them ones.10/10 Highly recommendedIf you've found this review informative/helpful please mark it as such, i would really appreciate it if you did and I'm happy to have helped you.Thank you - Brandon

Easy swallow, good value.

This is great vitamin D supplements, which lasts for one for one person and 6 months for 2 person.

As a pale and pasty coeliac living in North Yorkshire, my GP takes a lot of interest in my vitamin D and calcium levels.Given I am also a wheelchair user and don’t really get outside much as a result, my vitamin D levels have often been quite low. That has changed since I started buying these.While I can’t help but think it might be better to put 365 capsules in so it’s a full year and not a few days short, the dosage and quality have meant that I’ve not needed the emergency remedial doses that used to be such a big thing in the past. I will keep on buying these.

Been using this brand for couple of years. These capsules are easy to swallow, no taste or smell. Good value for money

Bought the drop form of Vitamin D3 as opposed tablets so that I can put them in my smoothies. It gives you 1000mcg per drop so it will last a while even though theres 3 of us that are using this in the family.
