This is the most comfortable and well-fitting face mask I’ve tried out of many others. Silk is one of the better natural material for filtering out particles and wicking moisture away, which translates to more protection. The pleated design and tightly stitched layers of silk minimizes suffocating from the material getting sucked into my nostrils that other masks are prone too. Silk is also more breathable, lighter, and cooler than other materials like cotton.I’ve tried many different masks that had a combination of the following issues: mask barely covering nose and mouth, material getting sucked into my nostrils when inhaling, difficulty breathing through the weave of the material, weird odors, ear straps too short, taking a long take dry, and fraying. This mask has none of those issues.

These masks were exactly what I needed! I’m an essential worker and have to wear a mask at all times at work. I used to use cotton masks but started to develop bad maskne on my cheeks. Switching to these silk masks has greatly improved the condition of my skin along with the skincare routine I have been following for the past month 1/2. The masks are comfortable and I do not find any difficulty breathing in them at all. I highly recommend hand washing these masks with detergent made for delicate fabrics. I currently use the Soakwash Liquid Laundry Wash - Unscented that you can also purchase on Amazon. I soak them in a tupperware tub for about 15-20 minutes, give them a little rinse and then hang them up to dry overnight. The masks have kept their shape and I have not had any issues with wrinkling. Do not wash these masks in a machine, they will probably get ruined! I also like the adjustable straps and the nose bridge, it all fits comfortably on my face. Highly recommend!

I like that they are soft and breathable. They have a nose piece to fit the mask on your nose. It’s comfortable to wear.

Comfortable. The thickeness is perfect, not too thick or thin. I get lots of compliments on it and most people want to know what kind of material it is. Easy to hand wash and air dries quickly. I've ordered the 3 pack black and now just received my navy blue ones, which are beautiful, btw. I buy the darker ones because I still wear makeup with my mask and this doesn't show my makeup on them as easily and washes out really well.

Super cute silky material . However they don’t pass the lighter test . You have to buy filters for these in order for them to be effective .However they are super cute .I do think their kinda pricey though for them to not pass the lighter test.

They were perfect for me when I needed a mask that was lightweight and comfortable at work.

I ordered these since I really love the one silk mask I purchased from Slip. I was hoping to get the same quality for a much better price. Unfortunately, I only received three of the four I was supposed to get. And the quality is awful. The Nude mask looks like it was sewn by a person who has just learned to use a sewing machine. Threads needing to be trimmed, and crooked lines. Overall, these are getting returned and I will be sucking it up and buying another slip mask for the price.

I bought these masks because I was having problems with 'maskne' (acne due to mask) and I read online that having a silk mask is a lot more helpful compared to different fabrics. They're softer, easy to breathe in, and feel a whole lot better on your face for extended periods of time. The mask occasionally gets sucked into my nose as well, but I've found that slightly adjusting the fabrics gets rid of this issue. The adjustable ear straps are really nice, too.My only issue is the nose wire is a bit off-center; this is hardly noticeable and shouldn't impact its effectivity.
