Amazing!
Absolutely amazing! Was nervous ordering a Medium from reading other reviews, but the Medium is perfect for my hand size — it is tight/fitted but not too tight to cut off circulation or feel any difficulty when wearing them. I wore them to a pole class recently and was truly impressed with the level of stability with the grip— I could hold myself up longer and transition through multiple poses more comfortably than previously (when I relied solely on dry hands). For reference — the circumference of the widest part of my palm is 7.5”. Highly recommend!

Works great!
I bought an X-pole when I was used to using brass poles in the studio, plus I have horribly sweaty palms so I had to buy this.I got the hot pink one in XS (I have small hands!) and it's a little bit tight. It's good though because then it won't slip around.I tested it out on the pole, it really helps a lot but I guess my left hand is weak so it doesn't really work when I do reverse moves.I haven't tried sliding down the pole with it yet (haven't had the time to practice as I just moved) but I'd imagine there would be a horrendous sound. If the music is loud enough it should cover it ;)I'm not too sure if sliding down the pole is even possible with it though as the tack REALLY works!

GREAT FOR LEARNING NEW POSES ON POLE
The media could not be loaded. Bc I do pole fitness (beginner) & my hands sweat. I have a few grips which I like, but this helps tremendously!!! I learned newer poses with them on & once becoming more comfy I take them off, to avoid dependency. My wrist is happy too, bc now Im not struggling with slip, while trying learn & focus on posture, hand placement, etc.I got these also to spare my hands of callouses, similar to shoes once i saw the material, i used the nozzle of a blow dryer on low speed, low heat inserted into the wrist band for about 10 secs to soften them (allowed them the cool on my hands…don't let them get to hot) and adjust more to my hands in particular. Otherwise they will not be the most pliable, almost cutting into your grooves btwn your fingers. This is why i rated a 4.It def helped bc now Im not subconsciously worrying about slipping, which can make me nervous, thus causing more sweaty hands. Transitioning was easy. They grip but not enough to resist your natural movement.Once i took them off, having already managed my grip, hand placement etc…everything else was quite easy. Plus I only had to use a tiny bit of grip.

Decent for some time…
The grip these gloves offer is incredible. I was so happy with them because it made doing upside down tricks on the pole a lot easier. But having the gloves on makes hands naturally sweaty because the gloves of course are not breathable, therefore making the gloves difficult to keep from slipping on the inside due to sweaty hands. I have tried putting grip on my hands and then putting the gloves on, but that also only lasts so long. If you dance with these gloves on weekly, the inside starts to peel and crack faster. I now have some holes in them so they are not good to use anymore.

Only gloves I care to use on Any hoops or poles these days. 💯🫶🏽
The price was Fair & these are way better than the 90% or of hand gripping gloves. Even for people who don’t have the calluses built up on their hands as well. ESP. while they’re trying to figure out what kind of grip they like using these work in place of any grip, chalk liquid powder, or Rosen, until you find out what works best for you on each apparatus that you do plan on using these with…I can’t recommend these enough to people, especially people that are working on/with metals. Like poles, The Aerial hoops & any type of aerial yoga where you need that grip these are perfect for. 💯 Love how the have an entire line of items to help you with gripping. Any Type or aerial or strength training Exercises that require you to use Metal/ Hard plastic Etc. ESP In the beginning. Just don’t over or under tighten them. & Don’t forget to Test before any big moves or tricks. 😉

SO HELPFUL!
The media could not be loaded. I have naturally super sweaty palms! Getting up the pole and gripping to the hoop in Lyra has been INCREDIBLE! Performance: 5 stars.I used to hate getting callus from the chalk during climbs. Highly recommend them. Super durable and easy to use. They are really comfortable to and you won’t have a hard time sliding down the pole either.Aesthetically they look pretty bad @$$ lol

A total waste of money
Not only are they EXTREMELY small, they do NOT work or help with grip.I ordered a size large under the assumption that if they were too big, I could either sew them tighter or exchange for a new size. These were so tight that they cut off the circulation in my fingers after less than two minutes of wearing them and testing them out. My fingers were cold and purple upon taking them off. They functionally do not work at all. The fabric itself grips to the pole well enough as long as it has been freshly cleaned, but as soon as any other sweat or natural oils from your skin get on the pole, these make your hands slip worse than just bare hands with no grip aids. Whenever I initially felt them cling to the pole, I was impressed because it seemed like they had a good grip, but as soon as I did a trick with my feet of the ground, the friction from the fabric against my skin made me slip down.I feel like a fool for wasting $20 on these when I could have just gotten a couple bottles of dry hands instead. Please do not waste your money.

Durable and useful!
I got 2 sets of these gloves to get me through starting pole class, as I sweat a lot and my grip strength was awful. Quite literally, the ONLY way I could accomplish some moves was through these gloves. They made me feel safer on moves I thought I would fall on, and I even lent them out to others in my class who needed help as well— convincing 2 others to buy their own! The gloves allowed me to practice and work on grip strength safely, and now I hardly need to use them. They’re still going strong almost a year later, though they have a few tears now from the abuse I’ve put them through. 10/10 recommend if you’re sweaty like me!
