Q: how can i get parts ?

You are going to be required to source replacement parts yourself. I own a cart very similar to this one. I have put wheels and tires on it from Harbor Freight. Also use locktite on all the fasteners as you assemble it to keep them from backing out at innopportune times. Replacement fasteners can be sourced from almost any hardware store (tractor supply, ace hardware, home depot) also you it would be a good idea to build a relationship with someone who can weld. The can help you "beef up" the structural integrity of the cart. Also you want to closely check the carts weight capacity and purchase one with the highest weight capacity you are comfortable purchasing. It is sad that you can not simply purchase something like this without thinking about these things but that life these days.

Q: What is the valve stem size for the tires? They're slightly smaller than my car, I can't inflate the tires. They came partially deflated.

They are the same size as your car. Standard schrader valve.

Q: Received the wagon as a gift and need to contract vivohome customer service. how do i do that? one of the four axels does not have a hole drilled thru

I had problems with mine also. Two of my four wheels would not fix onto the axle. I just did it through amazon. I clicked on the "Get Product Support". They just sent me a brand new one and did not make me return the one with the problem. They were good to work with.

Q: Is thwre any way to shorten the tounge? Maybe buy a new wagon tounge?

Try cutting the handle about in half then shorten it by removing enough to fit your desired length. Buy a wooden dowel that matches the inside diameter insert it into the inside and make sure its about a foot long and runs some bolts through and bolt it back together. Easy Peasy
