Sloggers Waterproof Garden Rain Boots for Women - Cute Mid-Calf Mud & Muck Boots with Premium Comfort Support Insole

I got these boots in September 2018 after my 2 month old L.L. Bean rubbers unceremoniously disintegrated. I work on a farm and grind the crap out of my feet every day in unpredictable conditions, which is enough to test the limits of even the most expensive work shoes. At 40$, I expected to get a month of wear out of these max. I'm delighted to report we're going on 2 seasons now, and they're still in great shape––though very brown (maybe avoid the yellow print if you're gonna be running them into the ground). Hard to stress enough how hard I wear these–I'm on my feet in them 7-4 M-F, through mud and rain and dust. I soak them at least once a day, and they're always being slammed against shovel steps, gravel, brambles, etc. No signs of soles peeling, and no toes busting through! I'm crazy-impressed.Notes:Height: very practical for farm use––not high enough to induce swamp foot, not low enough to fill with water and soil on uneven terrain.Width: I work squatting much of the day, and have pretty narrow feet/calves/ankles, so finding a boot that doesn't function as a bucket for field debris is a gift!Material/Sturdiness: Definitely thinner than your avg work boot, so I don't wear them in the shop/with power tools. When I drop sand bags on them, I definitely feel it. But the flexible sole allows me to grip the ground, climb uneven terrain, sensitively drive a tractor, actually feel my feet, etc, so it's a plus for me.

I love everything about these boots! Easily slide my feet right in, super comfortable to wear, and keep my feet clean and dry when I’m tending to my chickens. The pattern is fun and cute too! I wear size 8 - and these are true to size.

I love these boots. I bought a pair for my partner for Christmas and once she opened the box I knew I had to order another pair for myself. The fit is perfect, when I'm going out in the morning to let the dogs out, gather eggs, and scoop chicken poo, I just slip them on my bare feet. They have a cloth inner lining and slip off easily when I come back inside. When I put them on for serious garden work, I put on socks and they still slip on and off. No idea yet how long lasting they are but for the price they are a great purchase. Water proof too, there are lots of puddles in the yard right now and no leaks so far. Plus they're cute as can be.

I recently purchased the Sloggers gardening shoe for work around my home and garden and am quite happy with them but then came the rains and a quagmire of a garden. I needed something taller so I looked once again to the Sloggers. This boot is perfect for my needs. It hits me at mid calf, is light and very comfortable and as I purchased one size larger than the Slogger shoe, I'll be able to wear it in the winter months with thick socks.I live in the middle of the Ozark Hills and if anyone is familiar with our soil, you know that we have lots of rocks. Every year I remove the larger rocks from my garden (seems like they grow as well as the weeds do!) but it's impossible to get the smaller ones. The thick soles on these boots make walking over these rocks painless and the boots are simple to hose off. They have a small protrusion on the heel so removal of the boots is easy to hook the opposite foot on it to remove the boot.My calves are not skinny and the top of the boot is still roomy enough for me to tuck my long pants into them. The top of the boot is bound if a very soft material that doesn't rub or irritate bare calves, making long term wear comfortable. The bright yellow with the funny chickens always make me smile as I go about the garden. Love these boots and expect many years of wear from them.

The style is super cute. They fit well. I ordered one size larger for thicker socks in the winter. Fit good.

I love these boots! Glad I went for the actual Sloggers and not an off brand. I wear a 7 1/2 and based on the reviews, went for the size 8. They are soooo comfortable, right out of the box! The arch supports are nice. A boot that actually felt better on than off! I wasn't expecting much from a mucking boot, but these are fantastic. And I love the chicken print too. Will be ordering another pair.
