For a reputed brand such as Hitachi, cant imagine they become junk in 4 months. Now have to run around in circles to figure out the warranty, if there is a solution or accountability by the Seller? Sad to see such reputed brands selling Junk quality!!!

I thought it is a good brand and sturdy, but after 1.5 years of moderate use, it made a loud crack sound and gave a burning smell. Had to throw it away as warranty is only 12 months.

Where can I call for support?

Purchased the machine in dec 2022 and started using by end of Jan2023. The machine stopped working suddenly.
