PrimoChill Ice - Low-Conductive Computer Watercooling Fluid (32 oz.) - Steel Blue

I've been using PrimoChill ICE for a while now... Although, this was my first time getting the clear and I actually prefer the clear now. The colored kind always lost most of it's color after a short while... The clear, well, can't have that problem cause it's, well, clear. Using this with PrimoChill's colored tubing is a great way to go... The tubing looks great and you don't have to worry about the fluid losing it's color. Now I use their red tubing with the clear fluid instead of clear tubing with the red fluid... The fluid never looked as red as I wanted it to plus lost most of it's color quickly, so this is a much better way for me in both regards.Temps stay very nice, comparable to regular distilled water, and the fluid never gunks up... It stays clean between changes and sometimes I wait quite a while. It gives peace of mind knowing it's non-conductive too.

PrimoChill is very dependable fluid. It keeps it's color and does not stain the acrylic tubing and GPU, CPU waterblocks. I change my fluid every 6 months (it's neccessary but I'm picky that way). This is the UV Purple and it's transparent. I'm not too crazy about the opaque colors because they can junk up your blocks after a while of use. I haven't found anything better than this brand. Received item fast and no issues.

Lost its color after a couple months. Looked great at first but started noticing it was going more pinkish then just a dirty clear. Wouldnt recommend

I have tried many different coolants from EK, Thermaltake, XSPC etc.. This is my first go around with PrimoChill Colored coolant. I have used their clear concentrate that comes with their soft tubing and it worked well. Compared to my last coolant which was the new Thermaltake P1000 opaque white coolant, this PrimoChill dropped my temps by 5c under load. Good stuff and very UV reactive.

I've used PrimoChill Blue PC ice in the past and it was clean, had a smell similar to car coolant and worked great. I used the same fluid in my loop for over 2 years and never grew algae. This one smelled like sewage and had algae growing in the bottle. upon arrival there was a large amount of gunk floating around in the water. At first I thought I could just filter it and be OK but once I opened the bottle and smelled sewage I knew this had been sitting on the shelf far too long. Do NOT order this from amazon whoever distributes this for them has extremely poor quality control. Another review mentions the debris in theirs also so this is not an isolated case. I did not use it, neither should you. Will be ordering from a better distributor.

Pair this stuff with some good black lights and you’ll get the fluorescent effect you’re looking for.
