It means the same with our products. Women's size 8 medium width

You would want to order a size 7 if you regularly wear a size 7.5

Q: Are the sandbagger Galia sandles washable?

As long as one does not "soak" them in water. They actually come clean with applying soap lightly on the top of footbed...then rinsing ...again lightly with warm water... press a towel on top of the foot bed to remove the majority of moisture...air dry.

Q: I usually wear an 8 1/2 not sure if I should go up to 9 or down to 8. Anyone else have a size 8.5 foot??

I’m a size 9, and I ordered a size 9. It would also fit a size 9 1/2 foot, so I’m guessing an 8 would accommodate an 8 1/2 foot.
