I had mine in for a while and I love styling it differently. So use rods and dip them in hot water to get a different curl pattern and I loved it.

Q: is the price listed PER pack?

Nooo, the price is for a set of 6.. it's a lot cheaper to order online and you'll almost NEVER find this color in the beauty supply. Hair is great, I've had it in for 2, going on 3 weeks and they still look new.. I only used 2 packs because my hair is shaved on one side and the back. I'm pretty sure you can do your hair with less then 4 packs. But it's ALWAYS nice to have extra for the next style.. because I only need 2 be packs, I have enoght to do my hair 3 times total. Ssoooo worth the price and coming from someone that does her own hair every 2-3 weeks, it's worth it. I can keep it up for another few weeks before my roots look crazy. MUST BUY HAIR.

Q: If I wanted to install these individually, would it mess up the locs? Are they hollow inside to where I can tuck my hair inside of them?

Yes you can tuck your hair in the loc, using the crochet needle, I have individuals around my perimeter, I had no problems at all
