ive found these do offer a calming of the gut and enjoy juice too now n then, id usually take one before bed so i wake up refreshed rather than starting the day as its for balancing the gut Ph level, so after or even just before dinner usually that has a tomato sauce which is highly acidic ive found this is great to aid me feeling a bit less heavy in the stomach

Hello, I am a big believer of taking supplements, I bought this same brand and product a couple of months ago, I loved using it but it’s running out, so I decided to buy again, however the tablets in the new bottle look completely different from the last one. A strong smell oozes from the container whenever I open it and the tablets also have a strong smell. I am scared to take it as I do not know why it’s completely different from my previous purchase. Thank you.
