A bit confusing
It would be nice to have a set of instructions on how to use the journal. There is a lot of repartition which is confusing. You get a starting point page to add your physical attributes and mental state of mind, goals etc. you then get 2 sides of an exercise plan which in all honesty is a waste of space. Exercise plans change as you go on even week by week the more you get fit.You then get a calendar (see photo) no idea what it’s for. There are two pages of 6 mths so I’m guessing it’s to show days of exercise? You then get monthly review pages and a calendar to add more detail so you do feel like you are repeating yourself. There is nowhere to add details of the exercises such as creating a workout which would be handy. The area for planning meals is ok but the shopping list is too small for one weeks planning.Overall it’s ok but an explanation on the best way to use the journal would have stopped me ruining the first few pages.

Great Tracker Journal
I love it gives you places to put goals for that month, and then a place to reflect on how that month went. Then you can set new goals for the next month. There is plenty of space to write weekly goals and there is a special space to track your weekly measurements. It comes with stickers but I got the expansion stickers and love they. I used them for motivation and it has been helping. I love the color and it is of good quality. Finally, I love that it has 3 string book makes to make my monthly and weekly food log easy to find.

Not just focussed on food
I'm a big Clever Fox fan and have multiple of their planners and I've been wanting to get back into meal planning so this seemed perfect. My only complaint is there is quite a focus on measurements with a full page each month. As Clever Fox already have a wellness planner and a food and fitness one it would have been nicer to have this one just focussed on the meal planning for those that want to plan meals for budget reasons and to just feel a bit healthier and prevent food waste. Tracking 9 different measurements each month seems a little excessive for a meal planner. That said it is still fantastic quality with a good amount of space each week for food and the addition of space for the shopping list and healthy habit tracker is great!

Too many features, but very useful
I know some people will like all the features this planner contains, but personally I only wanted it for meal planning. It's great for that and I've been finding it much easier to keep on top of grocery shopping since getting this, but it doesn't need all the other stuff that takes up so many pages. You can get separate wellness planners which are better for tracking health and fitness than a meal planner.

Not a bad little book
It's simple to use.... Shopping list shows dollars! If purchasing in the UKI doubt I'll be using though as there is not really anywhere to help log your cals sins etc with your meal planner which I was looking for.

Ok but not great
Was excited to get this but after day 1 I wasn’t to impressed, only 5 short lines per box on the food diary, could only write a couple of foods per line, no gap between day so it was all cluttered so very hard to read back and see what was the last thing on the previous day and the first on the current day. No snack box either and couldn’t add snacks on a spare line of another box as no space. Would be better having each month together rather than everything separate. I’ve stopped using this after just a week as the food diary section is annoying me. Would be a great diary if it was improved. Back to a notepad for me. I’d only rate it 4/10
