This tool is super useful. As a cook you should want usage of tools. Don't think about as just "pizza pan grippers". I was introduced to them with my job years ago when we transitioned to a Conveyor Belt oven, Didn't like them at first, but learned to love them. In fact, I took couple pairs because we had plenty. I moved to another job where they made me an innovative genius, they were pulling pans out of extremely hot Cheesemelter with hands or towels so I brought in my pan grippers. Six months later I ordered a 2019 model and they were way superior: very durable, light weight and came with a hook so could always hang them in useful place. Months later I got a management position where they were more useful. The crew was using a hand towel to pull things out of a conveyor belt oven, most of times, dipping the towel in marinara sauce, so I decided to give the crew my pan grippers and they immediately noticed was a must need. Those broke so I ordered these newer pair which were EVEN BETTER. Must have for a kitchen.

Great quality great for heavier pans with up and down lip if the pan is more flat they are not as useful since you'll have to use them upside-down.

I don't necessarily use this to grab heavy pans like pizza pans, but for smaller sauce pans that have lost their handles. And for that, this works fine.But after a week of use, the spring tensioner lost its functin and the item just flops around. But you can still use it to grab onto the pan.It was around $10 from my memory so I'm not gonna fuss about it.

Our Cuisinart Airfryer did not come with any handles for the fryer basket, broiler pan or rack. Normally we would use oven mitts to handle the hot pans, but with this particular model air fryer, the pans were too close to the oven door to handle easily; greatly increasing the chance of a nasty finger burn. We searched the web for a pan handle and found this one on Amazon. It's the cat's meow when it comes to easily handling the pans in our air fryer. Moreover, the sturdiness of this handle also allows one to move full size baking sheets in our main oven.Great product.

Love it. I’m so happy that it can hold the side of a sheet pan and I’m able to pull the pan out of the oven and bring it on top of the stove. I have small hands and it’s easy to grip. My daughter laughs at me for finding these great gadgets.

A very well designed tool, has broad grasping lips allowing secure holding without bending a pan. I am sure that the spring inside will break soon (as other reviews have stated) but it would not functionally affect the tool.

Worked just as it should.
