Good quality and packaging

If you are doing a low or very carb diet you must not skip fiber from your diet. I made the same mistake and it caused me health problems when I did keto. This product is best for lazy people just like me because it is quick and easy to take.

Great product! These capsules have made the consumption of psyllium husk a way more pleasant experience. I used to take loose psyllium husk mixed with water and despite the positive effects I was dreading taking it every day due to its unpleasant texture and taste when mixed with water.
