I'm really disappointed with the product , it was delivered will a factory diffect , on the first day we used it it produced a very unusual and loud sound when it was on spinning modeI requested a repair on 6th of jun , till date no one is giving me a proper update , nine is even calling back despite the promiseswe are without a watching machine for 10 dayshope this message will reach someone who will reply

Must remover shipping bolts before installation ! Or else it will break down.Easy to install without any technical knowledge.Need to install the blue cap for liquid detergents .Not noisy at all and doesnt move.

Nothing beyond the basic thing you expect from a washing machine. It's not "super quiet" like the high-end models and it's not loud at the same time. It does the work well and clothes come out clean with very nice smell. And it cleans itself perfectly. My only complain that it kinda take a longer time for some reason. For example cotton cycle is 210 mins( 2:50 hours ) which is insane and don't know why or the logic behind this very long time. If u don't mind waiting extra 50mins for ur clothes to be clean then definitely pick this one up. I bought it from here with a nice discount (1099 aed ) which was amazing as well.

I'm truly satisfied with this washing machine. It's noise is actually not that noticeable. Just make sure that it's levelled properly.

One of the worst decisions i had ever taken , very noisy , smelly , started to cut clothes after two months of purchase , i don’t recommend at all .Save your money and buy LG or any other brand .
