The Mia&Coco heating pad is one of the best purchases I’ve made for managing tension and staying warm during colder months. It’s generously sized to cover the full back, shoulders, and neck, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a long day.The soft flannel material feels incredibly comfortable against the skin—luxuriously warm without being too heavy. It heats up quickly, and the six temperature settings (ranging from 48°C to 78°C) offer plenty of flexibility based on your needs. I especially like the intuitive controller—it’s easy to hold and use.The automatic shut-off after 120 minutes adds peace of mind, and the fact that it’s machine-washable is a huge bonus. Just detach the cord and follow the care instructions—super simple.

My osteopath said my long term upper back problem needed heat, so I go this and used it for about 2 weeks. MY back is now cured.That all started some months ago and my back is no longer painful ever.Since then, once in a while, I do a top up of it for a couple of days .It has saved me a fortune. NO more back pain at all. No more osteopath fees.I love using it and no, when we have a sudden cold spell it keeps my chilled bones deeply warm. I totally love it and find it one of the best things I have ever bought.My back ha softened up. It is a soft fabric and covers lots of area that is hard to heat up marginally. The controls are good and easy and , though it really needs a longer cord it is great to use and helping me a lot.I do use it I do love it. .I would not use a hot water bottle as much . This really does the job and you feel like using it..It is a nice thing that works. Fabulous thing it has turned out to be over many months now.

Provides a comforting and effective heat, easy to refresh when/if required. Having a port to plug in on both sides would improve this product to give greater flexibility of use.

I love this, it is great for back pain and cramps it hits all the right spots, while also being able to be used on your front too it is very versitile and I find much better than the heat pads as it is bigger and comes with settings and timers

I bought this electric heat pad for my elderly mum, who often experiences back and neck pain, and sometimes just feels chilly.It arrived in a nice, sturdy box with a helpful carry handle, which I’m tempted to keep. The heat pad is generously sized, and covered in a lovely soft material. The power cable is a good length, about 8’6”/2m long, with the controller fixed to it about 2 ft/30cm from the pad.The back section is quite long and the sides wrap partially around with bathrobe-style straps. The collar is soft yet rigid enough to hold its shape. The shoulders and upper chest sections join with adjustable press studs for a snug fit. All sections are simultaneously heated.Using the controller is quite easy. Pressing the ⏻ (on/off) button lights up the display, showing the temperature in red and the timer in green, although it doesn’t initially show any numbers, just a couple of lines. If you don’t press one of the other buttons within 10 seconds it switches itself off again (see video above). You can toggle between settings with the Heat/Timer button and then adjust with the +/- button. The timer options are displayed as: 3, 6, 9, and H.• 3 = 30 minutes• 6 = 60 minutes• 9 = 90 minutes• H = 120 minutesAnd that’s it. There’s no “permanent on” option, apparently for safety. The display counts down every 10 minutes to show how much time is left, although you can always reset it whenever you please.Heat settings range from 1 to 6, with 6 being the warmest, sometimes too warm, but good to know it’s always going to be enough. The Pre-Heat button instantly puts the temperature to maximum and then reverts after 30 minutes to your original settings. My mum loves using it every day, says it really is helpful in reducing aches, while keeping her snug and warm. Fits very well over the shoulders and back. The belt is very useful as it helps make better contact with the lowe back. It's very easy and safe to use and has 3 heat settings. However, it can get very hot especially on the higher setting. A good quality product and worth the money.

The quality is not quite what I was hoping for. The fasteners are a bit tricky to press together and not for anyone with dexterity issues. I had assumed it was weighted and it is not so some heat gets lost. Overall I'm glad I bought it but it's not the quality I was hoping for.
