Good product
Very good product, I recommended it. It’s practical, has the ideal weight to assist with ironing, and doesn’t stick to fabrics (so far). It’s very useful that it’s a steam iron, and the steam flow is good. However, it would have been helpful if it came with its own small pitcher for adding water.

Heats up with the speed of Light
This Panasonic steam iron heats up with the speed of light. As you turn it on, there you go. Best product. Quality is great. I purchased the better one in the maker comparatively. Though it was without packing. I don't know why. It was in its original box. They saved packaging cost? That's weird. Anyway overall speedy delivery and best product. Will purchase more.

In spite of the ‘Panasonic’ brand, the iron was defective from the startHad also bought extended warranty for the product.The water spray function did not work at all.Disappointed with Amazon for not maintaining quality of itemsSteam iron is not rocket science it’s not even an electronic device.Waste of time and money

Far better than the competition
I bought a Philips azure 8000 series which is three times the price … but failed to do what this iron does.It’s a quality product from Panasonic.
