Screen issues
The screen reflects too much the light. It looks like a mirror. It is not adapted to work long hours. So I have returned it.

Keyboard issues and noisy fans
I had bought it with lots of expectations.I thought it will help me in online teaching since I am using MS Team. Naturally the MS Surface Laptop 3 should have been complimentary to it.Though MS promise discount to teachers, I didn’t get any discount from Amazon.When I got the laptop in the end, it’s keyboard is defective and the fans were noisy. However, it is a wonderful device - good screen, class look and beautiful keyboard. And I looking forward to have one soon.I am returning it and waiting / searching for a better option.
