Currently I have changed diet...no red meat, kale & avocado and no processed foods, only foods made at home, vegetables and fruit no sugar, no white bread or flour just wheat products.....loss 12 pounds in 6 months...no exercise.........started due to high liver enzymes and non alcoholic fatty liver .....maybe one glass of Red wine twice a month .....I am 46 years old & retired 23 years of military service and fitness queen....but I hit a plateau....at 42.....

Truly, I can't yet say how I feel about it, because I've only taken it for 15 days and it will take at least a month before I know whether it will help my condition or not. I have hopes, but thus far I see only a little difference.

A recent lung CT showed I had a fatty liver, whatever that is. None of my doctors even mentioned it but I didn't like what I discovered in my research, so I went on a mission to find something that would help me clean it up before somebody did say something and put me on some expensive medication. I won't know if it works until my next CT in 10 months but I am willing to stick with it until then.UPDATE: I had a CT scan in September 2017 and again the report showed a fatty liver. No one brings it up or seems concerned but it is still there. I will continue using this product. Maybe it helped maybe it didn't but it did not make the condition go away after more than a year.

I notice a difference when I don’t take this supplement so I’ve become consistent with it. It seems to improve my overall digestive process.
