I have taken to drinking more coconut water to stay hydrated here in the south but also because it tastes better than plain water. My husband likes it too. But it is expensive. This is the best tasting unless you happen to be in the islands and can get a fresh coconut. Barring that, I will stick with this brand. And it gets shipped to my home. Love it.

I can get coconut water for less money, but I bought this as I have an issue carrying heavy items, and climbing stairs. So a larger amount at once (and a good friend to bring them upstairs for me) as I like to drink this over soda. Thanks

This is the best coconut water taste, much similar to a natural coconut water. It is strange to read some reviews about the taste not being good. I wonder if the reviewers ever drank a natural water directly from a coconut.

I am a huge coconut water fan! Huge! I drink coconut water when I am hiking, camping instead of plain water when I can. I also use coconut water for my protein smoothies. I have tried 4-5 different brands other than this and really wanted to like this. The price was great and the amount, phew, looked like a slam-dunk. BUT...it is the least flavourful and sweet of any coconut water I have tried. Most of the other brands I have tried have strong coconut flavour and fragrance, but this does (did) not. I have the suspicion that this water originates from young coconuts which have not been given time to ripen and the water to sweeten. The consistency and colour are as expected.

Absolutely horrendous. Awful flavor. And yes, I've been drinking a lot of coconut water for several years. Different areas of the Caribbean, South and Central America have different flavors. I can tell when by looking if water has been added. This product has added water, not fresh or was not stored/sealed quickly enough, 4 out of 12 containers were open due to soggy tetra packs. I am asking for a refund. They can have every bit of what garbage was sent to me back. This was not all due to poor shipping either. There were dead flies inside the box and stuck to the sides of the containers. Coconut water spoils very quickly. This wasn't fully spoiled, but was diluted and on the verge of being spoiled. Not to mention the oil..

I love the taste of this coconut water. It's made of 100% juice and is a great source of potassium. The bottle is very large 1L, which is great. If you're looking to substitute drinking plain water with something else, you won't be disappointed.
