Like the look of the hinges, but one of the 4 hinges is completely broken within 6 weeks of installation. Would have contacted company directly, but there is no information on a US office for this Indian made product. Would like a replacement. Advertised as “Heavy Duty”.UPDATEAkatva fully refunded the cost of the set of 4 hinges. We searched for 2 months for a decent replacement, but couldn’t find anything we liked as much, so finally ordered the exact same set of hinges, to replace the broken one. They are proving to be heavy duty as advertised. The broken one being an exception. Akatva makes good looking hardware and was responsive to our complaint.

These are very heavy duty to use on any heavy door or gate you need them for! And they are definitely well worth the money. We love the texture of them and also the size there plenty big! Very satisfied!

Looks great , fits as promised . Quality weight and great powder coating of paint . We expect these would last a least 8 to 10 years. We wouldn’t be surprised if craftsmanship these are designed with that they could last longer. But we are near two salt water bodies of water . So this is why we give it this timeframe.

I should have paid more attention to the measurements. The hinges are very pretty but not as functional as the "heavy duty" title might imply.

The screws attaching the henge will limit the amount of support. Yet it is quite decorative if you are not trying to support a 30+ lb. gate.
