I have been taking for over a decade. A great vitamin pack for taking advantage of the catalysts the vitamins and minerals offer to ensure your performance and immune system are top notch. Lots of vitamins in these so if you have the "I'd rather have them and not need them, than need them and not have them" attitude towards vitamins, then Animal Pak is a must have.Only thing I would warn is to avoid taking these close to bed time as they seem to give you an energy boost.

Very very bad storage, hot
Received it very hot , storage was too bad., will never buy from same seller.

A simple one pack solution
Been using it on and off for many years now. Would test and try other solutions every now and then, but always fall back on the tried and tested solution of the Animal Pak.
