I have the Clubman white powder and have been using many years. So I purchased this one since I have the after shave and I really like the scent of the after shave. Like the original, the whiskey woods scent powder does not disappoint. You should also check out the Whiskey Woods after shave if you like the scent of this powder. Just note that Clubman powders are no longer talc but corn starch. I am okay with that but others are not, so just take note if looking for talc.

While I like Clubman for other products, this one didn't do it for me. It cause a really bad rash on my skin, and the powder doesn't feel very even to me. It sort of feels like its clumping.I have otherwise used Clubman Pinaud Powder (unscented) as a deodorant and moister absorber on my personal parts after a shower, and it really is nice. I'm not sure if in this one it's the whiskey artificial scents or other chemicals, but I'm probably tossing it.

Ha! I love it! Just got it today and I love the smell. Yeah, it smells like old dude, but I'm on my way. It's a clean, cedar/sandalwood smell. It's cornstarch, not talc (which I think talc may cause medical conditions).Warning: if you put this on, dont get near the retirement home, you'll get MOBBED

I just LOVE this scent... The only drawback is the powder doesn't stay on me as well as other similar brands I've tried. I have had compliments on the smell... It's similar to what you'd get at an old time barber shop... slight woodsy scent - very masculine scent.
