Sits between my 100 pound bag and a heavy duty crossbeam mount. Dampens vibration like a champ. The included heavy duty clip was a nice bonus.

It is big and strong, my punch bag weighs 100 pnds and it barely stretches it. The spring is too strong for a bag lighter than 100 pounds imho.

Materiel de qualité, a mon avis indestructible , sachant qu'il soutient un sac de frappe de 50kg sans broncher. Fait son office, autrement dit, evite au sac de trop se balancer et amorti les chocs sur les sangles et la fixation au plafond.
