I love this thing!! Spray nonstick spray to be on the safe side. I’ve made omelette bites, corn muffins, mini corn dogs with sausage baked inside, blueberry muffins. A versatile tool I’m excited to experiment with. The lid is awesome for keeping baked goods dry.
