I’m a retired, “newbie” horologist. I’ve balanced my tool collecting by buying Swiss quality tools where the quality is needed, Asian tools where they’re “good enough”. I decided to save for a while and buy these Bergeon screwdrivers as the last set I’ll ever need (I’m 71 y.o. - I don’t even buy green bananas… LOL).It arrived today and I’m pleased to say that the quality is excellent! The screwdrivers scream craftsmanship and they feel good in hand. All the tips, including the spares, came “squared up”, polished smooth and ready to use… no stoning/shaping required. All the stainless steel parts are mirror polished, as expected at this price. The swivel heads are so much smoother than my cheapo starter set. The base unit looks a bit different from the photo (lighter gray colour) but the bearings on which it rotates are high quality and it turns with ease.I’m a long time Amazon Prime subscriber - the order arrived within the promised 2 days, as usual!Now the sad part - 5 screwdrivers, 5 spare tips and the paperwork were missing! Nor was there any warranty information.The shipping envelope was okay and intact. The Bergeon box wasn’t sealed but I don’t know if Bergeon does that.I’m disappointed after waiting this long for this toy… uh, I mean tool; but I don’t blame anyone; certainly not Amazon or Bergeon.After comparing the quality between these 5 screwdrivers and my cheap set, I’m going to reorder and try again.Initially I gave a 1-star rating due to the missing components but, after thinking on it, I changed my rating to 5-stars to reflect the quality of the tools.I recommend…

I was shocked that the tips on these screwdrivers easily broke off. I had been using a little screwdriver kit from Lowes for years and thought i should upgrade to these since I'm expanding my watch collection. You would expect a better quality tool for how expensive these are....Very disappointed.
