Good read, very informative
Love this book!! Nice size print, especially for a gal that wears glasses. I have highlighted and made notes for future use. I like how this book not only tells you what you should do but also how it should be done. My sister has lupus and epilepsy so I thought this would be a resource for her. It turned out to be for us both. MUST READ for health benefits
