These were probably good but when they come and are in left in the sun they have no strength and don't work anymore. I would suggest leaving instructions so the heat doesn't destroy the good bacteria or order in the winter.

While current research suggests probiotics are not as effective for anti-aging and wellness backed against consumer studies, for the average overweight person I disagree. When you are overweight, your gut health suffers and certain biofilms created by other single cell organisms such as yeast prevent nutrients from being properly absorbed. So if your body needs an extra vitamin due to poor absorption, do you take the extra vitamin? The answer is you should, and taking some extra probiotics to aid indigestion without the calories should help a person. Super fit people in good health may not see any additional benefit.

I've always tried to take a probiotic on principle. Simply because gut health supposedly really matters. With that in mind, I can't say I've ever had an effect from taking one. Several others swear by probiotics, I'm assuming it has to do with diet, since I eat mostly raw foods.So for me the brand matters a lot more in this case. With that in mind I've had good results with other Carlyle products, so I've decided to stay with their probiotic.
