I like this kit and I will use it again because I want to gauge the growth of short and long term use now I have been using this is my first month and I noticed about an inch I don't know if that is accurate it's just an estimation. I think this kit is Affordable Enough To Try once and seeing the results after the first 7 days I would say it would be worth buying again I am an African American woman who has stress spot so I am specifically using this on that particular area only so I will be able to gauge the growth rate compared to the rest of my head that does not have an issue so with that being said I should be back to update this review in a few more weeks & I will give this a thumbs up in the meantime.

So this was a big package of hair care products that I got trying to get my hair to grow and although the castor oil and stuff like that is good the shampoo and conditioner absolutely sucks. It has no suds in it whatsoever so I probably would not buy this product again.
