Great product and company!
My doctor suggested Reishi Mushroom to keep my immunity levels up. Have ordered from Swanson several times and always been pleased, so decided to give them a try for the mushroom.Capsules are average size and easy to swallow. There's no unusual odor or taste. Price is good and I like when the company follows up. Not completely certain if they're working but I didn't get my usual summer sniffles!

been taking the swanson reishi mushroom for 40 days now and just got the wife to start taking it. Cured my insomnia, which is what i was looking for. But the surprise benefit, i have bad artrithis in my neck & shoulders - i have nearly 95% of my movement back. There is also a sense of improved "well being" - i wasn't sure what that meant when i read it, but i do now - generally i feel 8 - 10 years younger. fwiw
