Asian BestPremium Rice Vermicelli Bun Gao, 140z (3 Packs)

Truely premium quality rice noodle, great for a rice noodle salad that I use it for. The noodle has a great firm texture when boiled and a nice clear color. This is the best brand I've ever used for this kind of noodle. Uset to buy it at other Asian stores, so excited that I found it here on Amazon.

Not quite as thin as the vermicelli I was used to in Malaysia, but overall you will enjoy the taste and quality!

Purchased these as an alternative to regular noodles (roomie has Crohns). Made the beef noodle stir fry you see in the pic, less than 15 minutes cooking time (TOTAL...prep not included, of course...hahaha). As for how long they take to cook, almost no time at all. Brought the water to boil (with a little salt, of course), dropped the noodles in, stirred them 2 or 3 times, and they were DONE (just a hair softer than al dente, which is what you want for stir fry)...less than 3 minutes. These are SUPER THIN noodles.One trick I learned a long time ago - do NOT leave them in the water. Drain them as SOON as they are to the desired tenderness, and let them sit for a few minutes. Yes, they'll try to stick if you leave them too long, but that's easily handled. Just before adding them to whatever dish you are using, run warm water over them while stirring them around. They separate nicely, and are quite good in whatever you are using them in/with.Each package makes a meal big enough to feed 4 adults (with leftovers)

We made this pasta with spaghetti sauce and my family loved it. Better than many other gluten free pastas.

Great taste and quality product. It's not anything particularly special, as it's just noodles, but they definitely served their purpose well

Now that we're reaching the warmer temperatures, noodles are one of my standbys in the kitchen. I've ordered these before and I'm glad that they're available on Amazon. My grocery store always sells out and they're pretty pricey for 1 bag. If you're a fan of Asian styled noodle soup, then get it here. You won't be disappointed!
