Q: how does this attach to the table?

On a SawStop table saw there is a lever underneath the table insert and behind the blade that clamps the guard or the riving knife into place. It attaches to the blade/motor carriage instead of the table.

Q: what size blade will this work on , I have a 10 in table saw.

I have a 10" blade on my SawStop table saw and this is the guard I use. The guard is made for the SawStop and I don't believe fits other makers table saws.

Q: Will this fit on a Rockwell 10" contractor table saw ?

I heavily modified mine to fit on a delta model 10. If you cut and drill enough you can probably get it to fit, but I don't know for sure.

Q: Will this work on a 12-inch table saw?

Have not tried it but I doubt it. The guard will sit too low on the table allowing the blade to cut through the top and the clearance at the front of the blade will be too small.
