Invigorating pills - I feel 20 years younger
These pills give me a lot of energy and stamina. I started out taking 4 pills once a day a couple of days ago and have dialed back to 3. I did yard work out in 93+ degrees for over 5 hours and did not feel worn out or tired at all. I feel 20 years younger. I know my liver, kidney, and spleen have been a little run down so am very satisfied with the outcome thus far in my Qi-building journey. One of many things I am trying for my hernia
I have bought a couple of bottles but I am not sure how much they are helping with the hernia. I am wearing a belt and doing hernia specific exercises and I think they are helping the most. The Chinese medicine isn't giving me any gut issues so that is good, but I am unlikely to purchase more.
