Good product! Easy to swallow
I used to avoid taking Vtamin B for many years because its distinctive after taste and difficulty to swallow a big pill.This product doesn't have a strong odor or unpleasant taste. Relatively easy to swallow as well. I have seen improvement in my energy level when I take it once a day. I will buy this product again.

Good, trusted product. If you have trouble swallowing pills you might want to avoid this one as they're larger than most (about the same size as a Centrum multivitamin). Definitely recommend taking them with food to avoid any fishy burps.Will definitely buy them again.
