I use this pen - Uniball Signo Micro 207 - for its security features… it can’t be washed off checks. While this blue-black refill for my pens are fantastic in color, I doubt it is permanent like the name brand colors. So I just won’t write a check with it, but I use this color everyday. It’s a very smooth-writing ink. And I love having the 4 colors of Signos to help organize my writing (black, blue, red, blue-black)…. It’s my favorite pen.

I like the Uni-Ball Blue/Black ink for writing checks. I was looking for the next size up, the 0.7 mm I believe. But these will work. They don't write quite as smooth as the 0.7. I suspect the smaller ball size bites into the paper a little more or the construction of the pen tip is more binding because of the smaller ball size. But they work, fit into the 207 pen just fine.

But it’s better to refill than to buy lots of new pens. They write smoothly and come in quite a few color options which is great for editing among other things. I do wish they didn’t come wrapped separately. Just stuff them in a paper envelope or something.

I found these to replace the ink in my favorite pen which I’d kept around for years even though it didn’t write anymore. These refills write smoothly and the color is more navy than royal blue, which I like.

Money saver -- the refills fit the pens perfectly and therefore, ecologically friendly.

If you're into Sub-0.5mm and are used to it, these will please. I'm about the try the Uni 307 0.38 pen set in standard 307 blue, knowing that it's darker than the 207 Blue, which I'm not real happy with. But the ease in writing is perfect, and I have a bunch of 0.5mm 307's. I'm likely to switch to the 0.38's for regular use.

These refills write very nicely, I like the thickness & feel of them. The only note that I have for other buyers is they aren't black but are noticeably a deep blue, which is good to keep in mind. It's not a huge difference but for those who care it may be worth taking into account the slight color difference.

I've been using these hard-to-find refills for several years now, and though I occasionally try something new, I always come back to these. They're simply the very best I've ever used — so much so that I take the trouble to modify them to fit other pens, rather than buy purpose-made refills!First off, the blue-black color (which is not too common in this kind of refill) is a real blue-black. It's dark and instantly differentiated from both blue and black colors. Very distinctive color.As good as the color is, it wouldn't mean much if these didn't deliver a great writing experience. As it happens, they do! It's surprising, but even with their very fine point they're still smooth on all paper surfaces. Unlike a lot of other gel refills, these don't skip; they'll even write on thermal receipt paper with no issues.I'll continue to buy them as long as they're available!
