Likes: Decent build qualityTimely deliveryGood packagingDislikes:1) Poor instruction manual ( One hasto guess the formats of screw in vs clamp vs wall mounting )The reasons for the alen keys is not explicitly mentioned !2) The table clamp does not have adjustment for diferring table thickness!3) The final articulating ball joint at the monitor interphase is the weakest link and is unable to bear the weight of the 32 and 34 inch monitors which are 2 - 2.5 Kgs at best. It keeps tilting to a downward angle. This design element is plasticky and needs a design rethink.Conclusion: while the design is admirable, the role in adjusting the larger monitors needs a rethink.On the whole, I would advise looking to a better monitor arm.
