Q: is this blaster hard to aim with since it shoots out of the bottom barrel

At first the blaster is harder to aim but since it is a consistent blaster you just learn to aim slightly upward.

Q: Does it have 4 mags and if so does it shoot 4 at a time

It has 3 built in magazines with 10 balls each, and it only fires one ball out of the bottom barrel each time. There is a rotating mechanism at the front that efficiently brings the balls down there into that barrel to be fired.

Q: We have the rival, but its super loud to prime and shoot. Are these quieter?

It's a little bit quieter on the prime than my atlas but about the same when you shoot
