Exactly what i wanted
Using two of these on my electric weber q2400I can use two covering all grill as its electric, no danger of trapping gas etcUsing it to cook wagyu steaks. I'm trying to keep the juices of these fine steaks and cook the steak with its own fat. First tries resulted in much more delicious steaks and flavour explosion literally. Much better than a pan due to the mass of cast ironSo yeah my favourite method to cook wagyu. Thumbs up!
