Not a Non-stick finish.
Great for making eggs, waffles, fried potatoes. and great addition to the grill. Would liked to have a more non-stick grill but works good if you use a Pam spray before cooking

nice griddle
used a couple of times - fits very well - will be very useful for cooking items we don't want to drip on the gas burners (or fall through like fried onions) - can't wait to cook a full English breakfast/brunch on this

Great upgrade
Adds real flexibility to the bbq. Cooks bacon, eggs, chicken, sausages quick and easy. Good quality and easy to clean.
