$32, 3 hours of labor, and the dryer has run silent for a month now.
Well worth the effort.To reinstall the belt, lay on the floor, put your right arm on the right side of the duct, your left arm on the left side of the duct and reach behind the duct to access the pulley. Pull the pully back with your right hand and thread the belt through the pulley with your left. You're doing this blind because your face is right next to the duct but it went on easy enough once I figured this out.

Ease of Installation
Wheels were easy to install. Just take your time and be patient. Drum removal is necessary to access the wheels. Suggest replacing the belt at the same time.
