Dr. Clark Betaine HCL Supplement with Pepsin, 800mg, 100 Gelatin Capsules

Great for digestion and to be taken with meals. It also assists the body in the removal of the toxic solvent isopropyl alcohol, possibly any derivatives as well.Per my other reviews: given their history and what the company was founded upon, I found this brand to be a much safer and healthier option for vitamins / herbs. The VeriGMP stamp in addition to not using these toxic fillers (like 99% of other companies do) is why I swapped over to this brand. From my understanding these are also tested for contaminants. I encourage everyone to do their research beforehand. Majority of other vitamin companies are not to be trusted. The proof is the various fillers (many) which can be found on the back of the bottle. Also the other contaminants and metals that are most likely in there.I have been using this brand (ordering from both their site and amazon) and haven’t looked back. Prices are good but more importantly the quality can be trusted.

Great product ,i take for low stomach acid .its a little weaker than other brands, but i get no headache ,or reactions i got from other brands , it is pure and helps breakdown food ,and nutrients . i take 2 pills 10 minutes before a meal you can feel the heat in your stomach , i have seen my body heal beacuse its absorbing the nutrients , my hair is thicker , and fuller , my collagen is fuller (zinc and copper helped but need stomach acid to abosrb them) . sleep is deeper , as long as your eating or getting the correct nutrients to heal this will help break them down for absorption .i highly recomend getting this product .

I find that these are stronger than the ones I've used previously and help prevent the reflux much better.

I am very grateful to have access to nutritional supplements that are pure with no worrisome additives in them. I wish these HCL capsules were a little stronger and less expensive. I need a lot of digestive enzymes, and I go through a bottle of these very quickly. Nevertheless, I appreciate that the Dr. Clark Store makes them available to us.

I was very glad to find this betaine without fillers. It's already helping a great deal, I just need to find the right dose.Update - Much better now! I only have acid reflux symptoms when I go to bed at night, so I started taking my Betaine in the evening instead of with my meals – that works perfectly for me! I finish eating by 2 pm, and take 2 capsules around 6:30. This is working better than taking them with the meal since I apparently have “delayed” acid reflux. I was taking about 6 a day with my two meals.

Cleaner and I can use less pills than other brands. I tested the PH for the pill and it gets 2 ounces of water down to1.9 PH while other brands are 2.0 and above. Will repurchase. Wish there were bigger bottles as I'm currently having to use 10 pills due to gastritis and hypochlorhydria.

I'm new to Dr. Clark's products but I'm super impressed with the value, especially since its one of the very few Betaine HCL with Pepsin products that DOESN'T have unneeded fillers like Magnesium Sterate!! I've read so many labels searching for a pure Betaine/Pepsin product and am VERY glad I found this one. Getting ready to order again!

Less crap in it than other brands. I like the natural gelatin capsules too
