Worked great on a stock blaster! Need idle screw.
First thing you need to install an idle adjustment screw if you’re not going to use tors.I was able to get the bike tuned in and did a 325 mile ride on it and had zero issues whatsoever with the carburetor. It ran absolutely fantastic.

Fits as it should
Works good fit good I would get the tors kit aswell and do it all in 1 good cheap replacement if old carb is beyond repair

Perfect Replacement Carb For a Stock Blaster With Tors.
This is a stock replacement carb for a bone stock blaster with tors. If your machine does not have tors, you will not be able to set your idle. They sell a kit for $20 with a new cable, cap, bit, tap, idle screw to delete tors and be able to adjust idle. This carb can not be re jetted with factory style jets as they have different threads. I have never been able to find jets with this thread. The stock emulsion tube will not interchange with this carb either. So if your machine has modifications this is not for you.As other reviews stated the main jet in this is numbered as a #135, and a factory blaster has a #230. They measure the identical id. It is just labeled with #135 for reasons unknown to me. It will function perfectly with a STOCK machine. It will not run right if you have aftermarket exhaust, air intake, ect....The ones complaining about jet problems are having other issues with there machine, or it is not stock. One or the other.

Do not buy, stay away.
Factory main jet on this carburetor is incorrect. It comes with a #135 main jet while the factory blaster carb (2005 model) comes with a #230 main jet. You cannot swap the needle guide from your old factory carb to this one as the needle guide is too wide...which means you can’t use you old jets and good luck finding the right jets to fit this as this carburetors needle guide uses the wrong thread pattern. Total waste of time and money, especially since this is the second carb I’ve bought off Amazon with the exact same issue. Sellers really need to fully document the specs of these things (main jet, pilot jet,etc..) and link to where people can buy the right jets for this carburetor vs buying several rebuild kits and still no success. Long story short, just buy a used factory carb from eBay or a new one from a site like partzilla.
