Doesn’t work out of the box
I’ve had it a month and still haven’t been able to scan anything. I’ve registered it (keep the packaging for this!), downloaded the licence, the software and put in the micro memory card. On downloading the software you are immediately invited to upgrade to IRIScan 17 - at £80+ p.a. Still doesn’t work. I tried again to be offered an even better upgrade to IRIScan22?!I wanted an OCR reader that works out of the box. Not this malarkey. Good luck with customer ‘support’😕

Expensive but not robust
I purchased this scanner for business purposes though I found it a bit quirky on its software. It worked well for the first year but now reports any memory card inserted is full and so will not scan. It did not receive heavy use so very expensive for what it gave.

I can't even begin to make it work
My husband and I have spent 5 hours trying to make this work. Still no luck. No phone number for help. Email to support replied that they would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. I bought the scanner to use it urgently. Now I'm stuck. And I can't even send it back because I've thrown the plastic bits inside away. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!
