Ease of installation
Product is ok,but service is very very bad,no service technician has came for installation ....

Turned out faulty
The geyser is not working. The light switches on however it's not heating the water. We have tried all the settings on tge geyset. We installed it in Himachal Pradesh and after repeated complaints no one has visited the location to look into the matter. Extremely poor customer service

Really good geyser and hidden
Really liked the product and installation was on time.There was leakage issue in the pipe and was addressed promptly by faber customer service. Overall great experience.

A bit short of expectation
The description says free installation with connection pipes. But the package did not contain connection pipes. I had to spend another 400/- and a trip to hardware shop. Shoddy work from Faber?There is no NRV. I hope it is safe. Yet to start using. Hope everything goes well.
