I love the freshness of the beef flavor. The texture of the sticks are very soft, juicy, and tender. The product wasn't very greasy, but the greasiness was okay. The size is the beef sticks were at the right size. Buying this product was definitely worth the money. No moldiness on the product at all.

It is nice to know that even at my advanced senior age that I can still discover new (to me anyway) healthy beef snacks. While browsing on Amazon for some different types of snacks I came across this product (Old Wisconsin beef sausage snack sticks) and decided to purchase it.I was pleasantly surprised how tasty these beef stick sausages were, and the fact they are actually a healthy type of snack make them even more appealing.Rating: 5 Stars. I normally get the turkey sticks from this company, which I prefer (40 calories each - how can you go wrong?). But, they were short on stock, so I switched to these for this time only. They taste good, but are higher in calories per stick, and just don't have the texture and flavor of the turkey ones that I like so much. These aren't too spicy, which is a good thing for me. I'm not a spicy food lover! They are an okay substitute for this time.

These are my favorite beef sticks. There's usually between 10-12 sticks in the bag. Whenever I get a pack with 12 in it, I do a little fist pump because I got one over on the man. They taste great, not dry at all. Some may have a little tougher casing but only one or two per package and they are still good.

The product is good but salty. If you need or like lower salt content then this product is not for you. The texture is nice not greasy like some other products on the market. The flavor is good but with lower salt it would be great.

With all the varieties of beef sticks available, I was happy that I tried these. They have a good beefy and smokey flavor to them without a weird chew that some of the other sticks have. You do have to refrigerate them after you open the bag, but I'm glad I gave them a chance and will happily order more.

Well it's what I say about this type of jerky the paper casings sucks. But this product wasn't to hard to remove

These are a great tasting snack that is easily shared with friends or family. I like this beef in stick form better than the chopped up pieces even though it tastes the same. I will be buying more of these when I run out of what I have already ordered. Who knew that more than just good tasting cheese comes out of Wisconsin?
